The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in to the hotel.
Guest should be quite between 9 PM to 7 AM, Sound or music device are not allowed to switch on during this time. Television, Voice or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all time.
Standard check-in starts from 01:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check out will be chargeable and subject to availability.
Refundable security deposit of Rs.1000/- per room and the pending room rent will be collected at the time of check-in.
Damage to room fixtures, furnishing, Television, towels, bedspreads, blankets, mattress etc. will be charge at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
Stay of 2 child up to 5 years of age is complementary.
Should any action by a guest be deemed in appropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Booking can not be cancelled or modified on or after check-in date.
Camp fire and entertainment programs are allowed till 9.30 PM only.
Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited. Food will not be served inside the room except tea/coffee.
Breakfast is available from 8 Am to 10 AM, Dinner is available from 7.30 Pm to 9.30 Pm Only.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is only possible 31 days or earlier to the arrival date
Cancellation made less than 31 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
No refund for the bookings made and cancelled less than 31 days.
